Is there a minimum quantity that must be ordered?

YOU can order as low as 1 item at a time.  However during the Waterloo Summer Swag store period in September 2024 additional products are offered and we may need to meet a minimum quantity to manufacturer the product.  You will be notified if we do not meet the minimum quantity requirement for any products that you have ordered.  If applicable, the amount that you have paid for this product will be refunded to your credit card.

Am I able to order other NAVBLUE products that are not currently shown on this store?

All products currently available for NAVBLUE employees are displayed on this store.  If you are interested in bulk quantity order, please email your inquiry to tracey@arrowmarketing.ca. Minimum ordered quantities will be applicable.

Where will my order be delivered?

All orders received during the Waterloo Summer Swag store period in September 2024 will be shipped to the NAVBLUE Waterloo location together.  Orders are expected to be delivered by the
end of October.

What is your Return Policy?

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.  Please use the apparel sizing samples to ensure that you order the correct size garment.  If products that you have ordered are damaged or defective, please contact info@navbluestore.com.
